About this app

Forge is a native macOS GUI wrapper for Claude Code that brings terminal multiplexing and AI-powered development into a unified interface. It provides a streaming chat interface with bidirectional JSON communication, persistent tmux-backed terminal sessions that survive app restarts, and integrated project management with Git operations. Built with SwiftUI and SwiftData, Forge features a 3-column adaptive layout with sidebar navigation, terminal rendering via SwiftTerm, and native tool approval dialogs for a seamless AI-assisted development workflow.
