Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stuart Technologies' website and applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Stuart Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, even if Stuart Technologies or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stuart Technologies and its licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
