About this app
Better Prayer Journal is an iOS app for logging prayers, gratitude notes, and reflections alongside Bible verses looked up directly in-app. Entries can be tagged as prayer, gratitude, or note, attached to a specific verse via a built-in Bible picker, and reviewed over time through Swift Charts-based insights. A swipe-card mode supports Scripture memorization using an FSRS-based spaced-repetition engine, and daily streak tracking with unlockable themes (light/dark, male/female variants) encourages consistent use. Built with SwiftUI and SwiftData on iOS 26, it draws on stuarttech-shared for streaks, themes, and achievements, and integrates BetterBibleKit for verse lookup and translations.
