Privacy Policy

1. Information We Don't Collect

Better Apps are built with a privacy-first approach. We specifically do NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address), except what you voluntarily include in a support message
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Location data
• Device identifiers for advertising
• Contacts or phone numbers
• Financial information

2. Data Storage

All data you create within our apps is stored:

• Locally on your device - Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to sync, export, or send it for support
• In your private iCloud - If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple's security

3. iCloud Sync

Some of our apps offer optional iCloud synchronization. When enabled:

• Data is synced to your personal Apple iCloud account
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's encryption
• We have no access to your iCloud data
• You can disable sync at any time in your device settings

4. Support Requests and Question Reports

Support messages are optional and are only sent when you choose to contact us. Better Bible Trivia includes a question-report tool that can send or copy a report for the questions you select.

• Question reports can include the selected question ID, question text, correct answer, Bible reference, issue category, and any note you write
• Reports also include app version and operating system version so we can reproduce and fix issues
• If email is unavailable, the app asks before copying the report to your clipboard so you can send it manually

5. Third-Party Services

Our apps do not include:

• Third-party analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media tracking pixels
• Any services that collect user data

6. On-Device Processing

Features like AI summaries, voice transcription, and data analysis happen entirely on your device using Apple's on-device machine learning. No data is sent to external servers for processing.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Optional support reports should be sent by a parent, guardian, or other responsible user when needed.

8. Data Deletion

Since app data is stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account, you have complete control over deletion. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be removed through your Apple iCloud settings. You can request deletion of support messages you sent by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
