Better Apps are designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. Your information stays on your device.

1. Information We Don't Collect

Better Apps are built with a privacy-first approach. We specifically do NOT collect:

  • Personal identification information (name, email, address)
  • Usage analytics or behavioral data
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers for advertising
  • Contacts or phone numbers
  • Financial information

2. Data Storage

All data you create within our apps is stored:

  • Locally on your device - Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to sync or export it
  • In your private iCloud - If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple's security

3. iCloud Sync

Some of our apps offer optional iCloud synchronization. When enabled:

  • Data is synced to your personal Apple iCloud account
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's encryption
  • We have no access to your iCloud data
  • You can disable sync at any time in your device settings

4. Third-Party Services

Our apps do not include:

  • Third-party analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
  • Advertising networks
  • Social media tracking pixels
  • Any services that collect user data

5. On-Device Processing

Features like AI summaries, voice transcription, and data analysis happen entirely on your device using Apple's on-device machine learning. No data is sent to external servers for processing.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we don't collect any personal information from any users, our apps are safe for users of all ages.

7. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account, you have complete control over deletion. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be removed through your Apple iCloud settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
