About this app
Better Pastoral Care (branded Epimely) is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps churches track care requests, follow-up tasks, and congregation records without losing anyone in the process. Pastors and care teams manage a role-based care queue across prayer, care, counseling, and financial categories, keep SOAP-structured notes on the people they serve, and follow one-way sync from Planning Center Online. A default-deny access model scopes visibility by role and assignment, with just-in-time admin elevation and an audit log for sensitive reads. Built on Nuxt 4 and SQLite/Drizzle with a companion iOS app for on-the-go follow-ups, push notifications, and a dashboard highlighting overdue items and upcoming milestones.
