Better Life Playground

Better Life Playground is a 2D life simulation game for iOS where the player starts as a dishwasher and builds relationships with 15 schedule-based NPCs, progresses through career levels, manages finances, and shapes their story through branching dialogue choices. Built with SwiftUI, SwiftData, and SpriteKit, it features an EventBus-driven architecture with 25+ game systems including relationship mechanics with heart XP and jealousy, a stock market with options trading, an 8-branch skill tree with 78 nodes, 4 story chapters with a mystery arc, and over 600 generated art assets. The game includes a prestige system with 5 New Game+ tiers for extended replayability.
